Information, not advice

Everything on this site, including the guides, articles, and tools, is general information about parcel shipping. It is not legal, financial, or contract advice for your specific situation. For decisions about your shipping contracts and costs, rely on your carrier agreements and your own advisors. If we work with you under a written agreement, that agreement governs our services.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site current, but content and tool results may be out of date or contain errors. Carrier rules, rates, and services change often. Confirm coverage, rates, and rules directly with the carrier before you act on anything you read here.

Carrier Finder

Carrier Finder listings come from each carrier's own public website and the shipping platforms' carrier pages. "Confirmed by carrier" means the carrier supplied or reviewed the information; we do not independently verify it. A listing is not an endorsement of any carrier. Listings marked "Sponsored" are paid placements. Carriers can ask us to correct or remove their listing through the form on the finder or by email.

Our tools

All tools on this site, including the Surcharge Checker, the Regional Parcel Carrier Finder, and any tools we add later, provide estimates and general information only. Results depend on the data available to us and may not match a carrier's actual rates, rules, or service.

Results vary

Savings figures on this site reflect our experience across client shipping profiles. Individual results vary.

Partner referrals

SmallParcel.com may earn commissions from partner referrals. We recommend only services we believe will save you money.

Your submissions

You can send us information through the site's forms: savings report requests, carrier listing claims, error reports, and new carrier listings. Send only information you have the right to share. If you submit listing details or a logo for a carrier, you confirm you're authorized to do so and give us permission to publish, resize and display them on the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Trademarks

Carrier and platform names and logos on this site belong to their owners. Their use here does not by itself mean the owner endorses us or that we are affiliated with them.

Third-party links

This site links to carrier websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
