Who we are
SmallParcel.com is an independent parcel consultancy run by Logistics Remix, LLC, based in Austin, TX. We help e-commerce and B2B shippers cut what they pay for parcel shipping: the rates in their carrier agreements, the charges that should never have been billed, and the carrier mix behind both.
What we do
Parcel audit and claims recovery. We audit carrier invoices and file for the refunds shippers are owed: billing errors, lost and damaged shipments, and late deliveries where a carrier guarantee still applies.
Carrier Contract Optimization. We review carrier agreements against how a shipper actually ships and restructure them around that profile, so the discounts, minimums, and terms match the freight.
Regional and alternative carrier strategy. We help shippers add regional and alternative carriers where those carriers beat the national networks on their lanes, on cost, transit time, or how easy they are to work with.
How we work
We're not a carrier, and we don't sell shipping software. Every engagement starts with the shipper's data. We look at recent invoices and shipping profiles, talk with the team that runs shipping, and recommend what fits: a contract change, a claims recovery process, a carrier added to the mix, or no change at all. A free savings report is the usual first step, and there is no obligation to go further.
Our founder
SmallParcel.com was founded by Timur Eligulashvili, who has 20+ years of experience in logistics. His perspective comes from roles at Lone Star Overnight, ShippingEasy, uShip, Echo Global Logistics, C.H. Robinson, and Honda Logistics. He joined Echo as employee #20 and stayed through its IPO.
